Who we are
HockTail is a fresh, alcohol-free beverage brand based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. This notice explains what happens to the personal details you send us through this website.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, organisation, email address, phone number if you add it, and the details of your event, venue or request. The website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. Fonts and media are served from our own hosting.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal and, if we work together, to carry out that work. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
Who processes it
Enquiries are delivered to us by email through Resend (email delivery, EU region) and the website is hosted by Vercel. Both act as processors under written terms. We do not sell or share your details for marketing.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, and no longer than two years after our last contact, unless a contract or legal obligation requires longer.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your details, and object to our use of them. Use the enquiry form to reach us. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
