We have spent years around festivals, clubs and hospitality in the Netherlands. We watched the same scene play out at every bar: the people not drinking alcohol got the afterthought. A soft drink. A juice. A mocktail pretending to be something else. Nothing you would choose if you were free to choose.
HockTail is the drink we wanted to find on the menu. Fresh, made from real ingredients, beautiful in the glass, with a reason behind what goes into it. A drink that belongs at the centre of the night, not at the edge of it.
We make it in Amsterdam, in fresh batches, and pour it cold from the tap. We start with festivals, clubs and venues because that is where the moment lives. The ambition is bigger: a HockTail on every good menu, in the chilled aisle next to the fresh smoothies, in cities far beyond the Netherlands.
