01Made in fresh batches
Our drinks are prepared in Amsterdam by an experienced production partner, recipe by recipe, with HockTail batches scheduled around the events they are made for. Fresh means made recently and kept cold, not made in advance and built to last.
02Kegs, not cans
Every batch is filled into 9 or 18 litre pressurised kegs. Kegs keep the drink cold, sealed and moving, and they let us carbonate a recipe when carbonation makes it better. A keg swap at the bar takes a minute. Nothing sits open.
03Cold from start to finish
Refrigerated from filling to service, in our refrigerated bars or in your own cold equipment. Temperatures are checked, batches are coded and traceable, and each recipe travels with its own handling instructions.
04The serve
A HockTail is poured over ice into a glass or cup, finished with a real garnish and served at cocktail pace. Pours run between 150 and 250 ml depending on the drink and the glass. Ice is ice. The HockTail is the liquid.
05Care in the details
Fresh drinks deserve real discipline. Documented processes, checked temperatures, batch coding and clear handling instructions travel with every keg. Crews learn the drinks, the allergens and the service standard before they pour.
